Mushroom Noodles
Hummmm… Does anyone know how to plate like this? I’m looking for tips.
My culinary wandering started as a young man adding soy sauce to instant noodles. Salty. In the years that followed my sophistication grew at a snail's pace, occasionally spurred forward by crisis in my otherwise calm upbringing. Things like leaving home at 13, failing to get dates and being generally broke. This is a record of where that has ended up; a documentation of what I love to cook and eat.
